Taylor Bowls Sponsored Player Chris Brown has started the 2017 crown green season in blistering form, Chris who plays for the Woodlands Bowls Club Doncaster won two competitions in the space of seven days. Firstly Chris picked up the one Day 32 at the Ossett Flying Horse Bowls Club Wakefield, beating Thomas Hanson of Pudsey Bowling Club Leeds in a closely fought final, with Chris picking up the winning point on a tight measure at the final end to win 21-20. Chris followed up that success 6 days later, winning the 1 Day 64 Dodworth Miners Welfare Bowls Club Barnsley, beating ross Meese of Dearne Sports Doncaster 21-08 in the final and collecting his second trophy of the week.
