ACTION HOTTING UP IN NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand's Ali Forsyth and Aussie David Holt are the front runners in their respective sections to take a place in the knock-out stages of the world champion of champions in New Zealand.

Scotland's Lorna Smith and Saskia Schaft from the Netherlands hold pole position in their groups and with only three places available in the knock-out stages after the round robins, it will be a close race over the remaining two day before play concludes.

23 men and 18 women begin their campaign for the individual Men's and Women's World Champion of Champions titles at the Fendalton Club ew Zealand today.

Last year England's Tom Bishop won the men's title and Aussie Karen Murphy took the women's.
